Deposit. A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to trip departure.

- 60+ days notice: No charge. Funds are applied to a future trip within 12 months.
- 30–59 days notice: No charge. Funds are applied to a future trip within 12 months.
- Less than 30 days: $500 cancellation fee. Remaining funds applied to a future trip within 12 months.
Weather. Weather cancellations are at the guide's discretion. Trips are rescheduled when possible, and start times may shift to make the most of conditions.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Weather, specific fishing conditions and mechanical failures cannot be guaranteed — no refunds or price adjustments for weather.

November to April brings cooler temperatures and less humidity. From May to October it's hot and humid, so early morning is recommended.
